How to Check Lost UID/EID?

What if you get lost Aadhaar Card Enrollment Acknowledgement Slip?

If you have lost your Enrollment ID, you can easily search from website. This article will show you step by step guide to check lost UID/EID.

Note: To retrieve your lost UID/EID, you need your registered Mobile Number / Email (mandatory) which you had provided at the time of enrollment.

If you have not registered your Mobile number while enrolling for Aadhaar. You are required to visit a Permanent Enrollment Center to get it registered.

Steps to Check Lost UID/EID:

Step-1: Visit website and click on Retrieve Lost UID/EID under Aadhaar Online Services as per below snapshot. or You can directly click on this link to visit directly Retrieve Lost UID/EID page.

Step-2: Now select Aadhar Namber (UID) and Enter Your Full Name, Email, Mobile Number with Security Code and click on Send One Time Password. OTP will be send to your registered Mobile Number.

Enter OTP and click on Verify OTP to retrieve your lost UID.

The procedure will remain same for Enrollment Number (EID), select Enrollment Number (EID) and then enter required information to get your lost EID.
